When I look back on my journey, the food processing industry in India was a different landscape. The tools and systems we had weren’t sufficient to meet the growing demands for quality, efficiency, and sustainability. I began this journey with a simple goal: to bring about meaningful change by providing practical, advanced technology based solutions. Over time, we became experts in powder technology, refining processes, reducing waste, and improving consistency across the board.

Jaivik Food & Research was founded on this drive for innovation. We took on complex projects—handling everything from size reduction and steam sterilization to designing and building end-to-end equipment for various applications in food and vegetable processing. Every milestone we reached was a step forward in reshaping the industry. But as we grew, it became clear that our mission had expanded. What started as a focus on food processing evolved into something much larger—a commitment to sustainable industrial solutions that can serve industries far beyond food.

MillNest was born from this realisation. It represents the culmination of decades of expertise, where our work is not just about solving problems but about designing systems that endure.
