Our Inception Story
At MillNest, our name embodies our philosophy: the mill symbolises transformation, while the nest reflects the care and fulfilment of essential needs. Just as a mill refines raw materials into fine powders, we refine industrial processes with precision and dedication to quality.
Our story began with Jaivik Food & Research Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2013 with a mission to design and implement cutting-edge processing solutions. Recognizing the need for advanced technologies such as steam sterilisation and size reduction, we focused on developing solutions that elevated quality, safety, and efficiency in the food and allied industries.
MillNest was born from this foundation—a brand created to address the growing demand for sustainable turnkey solutions. Today, we proudly deliver innovative systems that prioritise premium quality, safety, and energy efficiency, shaping the future of industrial processing.
Our Journey of Evolution
2015
Jaivik is founded with a vision to enhance and automate industrial processing practices. The company focused on raising awareness about advanced technologies such as sterilisation in the spice industry. Jaivik partnered with VENTILEX to provide sterilisation technology across South Asia.
2016
Secured the first international turnkey project—a 50,000 MT/day desiccated coconut plant in Indonesia. This milestone marked Jaivik’s foray into export consultancy for large-scale projects in industries like palm oil.
2017
Developed and supplied in-house Hammer and Air Classifying Mills to major Indian spice brands. A breakthrough was achieved by designing and supplying a hammer mill to an industry leader for previously untried applications, showcasing Jaivik’s technological prowess.
2018
Successfully tested and supplied ACM (Air Classifying Mills) for hygroscopic materials to industry leaders. This achievement further established Jaivik’s reputation in the processing industry, particularly for handling difficult hygroscopic materials in spices and vegetable applications.
2019
Launched an R&D facility to offer transparent trials for milling applications. Responding to high market demand and positive feedback, Jaivik established an in-house R&D facility to conduct trials on challenging applications.
2020
Partnered with TEMA PROCESS to expand expertise in sterilization and fluid-bed drying technology. This collaboration with the European pioneer, TEMA PROCESS, enabled Jaivik to provide the Indian market with cost-effective, high-quality solutions for sterilization and pasteurization.
2021
Completed eight turnkey projects, each tailored to different applications, underscoring Jaivik’s strong market acceptance and industry expertise.
2022
Delivered a 500kg/hr multi-spice turnkey project during the pandemic in Lucknow, reinforcing Jaivik’s resilience and capability to meet challenges during a global crisis.
2023
Successfully executed a 4000kg/hr multi-spice plant for a leading industry brand, demonstrating Jaivik’s engineering prowess. In the same year, Jaivik also delivered a large cryogenic spice plant, setting a new benchmark for capacity handling.
2024
MillNest was launched, focusing on sustainability, quality, and innovation in EPC solutions. This new brand offers comprehensive solutions, including design, supply, site erection, commissioning, and an e-marketplace for production needs like raw materials and spares—all under one roof.
