The MillNest Hammer Mill (MHAM) is a high-efficiency impact pulverizer designed to handle a wide range of materials with precision and reliability. It grinds solids to achieve particle size distributions in the range of 500 microns to 3 mm, making it suitable for coarse and fine grinding.

Using rapidly rotating hammers, the MHAM reduces material size by striking particles against liners within the grinding chamber. A screen fitted at the bottom ensures that only properly sized particles pass through as the finished product, while coarse materials are retained for further grinding. Positive suction at the outlet maintains necessary airflow, ensuring a dust-free, clean operation.

Working Principle
