Our story began with Jaivik Food & Research Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2015 with a mission to design and implement cutting-edge processing solutions. Jaivik Founded
Founded with a vision to enhance and automate industrial processing. Focused on raising awareness about steam sterilisation in the spice industry. Partnered with Ventilex to provide sterilisation technology across South Asia.
First International Turnkey Project
Secured the first international turnkey project — a 50,000 MT/day desiccated coconut plant in Indonesia. Marked Jaivik's entry into export consultancy for large-scale industrial projects.
In-House Mill Development
Developed and supplied in-house Hammer and Air Classifying Mills to major Indian spice brands. Designed and supplied a hammer mill for previously untried applications — a breakthrough in process engineering.
ACM for Hygroscopic Materials
Successfully tested and supplied Air Classifying Mills for hygroscopic materials to industry leaders — establishing Jaivik's reputation in handling difficult hygroscopic spices and vegetable applications.
R&D Facility Launched
Launched an in-house R&D facility to offer transparent material trials for milling applications — responding to high market demand and enabling validation before capital commitment.
Therma Process Partnership
Partnered with TEMA Process (now Therma Process) to expand expertise in sterilization and fluid-bed drying technology — enabling cost-effective, high-quality HT-ST solutions for the Indian market.
Eight Turnkey Projects
Completed eight turnkey projects in one year, each tailored to different applications — underscoring strong market acceptance and diversified industry expertise.
500 kg/hr Multi-Spice Plant
Delivered a 500 kg/hr multi-spice turnkey project during the pandemic in Kanpur — reinforcing resilience and the capability to meet challenges during a global crisis.
4,000 kg/hr Flagship Plant
Successfully executed a 4,000 kg/hr multi-spice plant for a leading industry brand. Also delivered a large cryogenic spice plant — setting a new benchmark for capacity handling.
