The MUNI Universal Mill operates with interchangeable rotor and stator configurations — allowing impact, shear and attrition grinding modes in a single machine. This versatility makes it the natural choice for facilities processing a range of materials or validating new products before committing to a dedicated mill.
Low heat generation makes MUNI particularly suitable for heat-sensitive spice materials where volatile oil retention and colour preservation are priorities. The compact footprint and quick-release access simplify changeover between products.
