The MLUM Delumper uses a controlled lump-breaking rotor to disaggregate caked, lumped and agglomerated powder without applying the high energy of a full-size mill. The rotor action breaks apart weak agglomerate bonds while leaving the underlying powder particle at its original specification.
MLUM is typically positioned before blending, dosing or packing — restoring free-flowing character after storage caking, post-drying agglomeration or transport compaction. The low-overgrinding configuration ensures the powder specification is not altered in the process.
